Prompt service, sheet music arrived when expected and in top condition in hard wearing cardboard envelope. Further details on website regarding contents of sheet music I.e. song collections, would be informative when selecting.

I order regularly from D S Music. When my order was delayed by the supplier this time , they let me know and gave me the option to have my money back. As soon as the order arrived, I got a phonecall to let me know it was in. It worked well for me. I do prefer to pay for orders upfront though. I find the part-payment thing very confusing when I am trying to reconcile my accounts.

Quick and easy purchase with no hassle or problems. I was updated on the status of my purchase regularly. I would give this service 5 stars, but unfortunately there was no information on when my delivery will take place. This meant I had to sit at home all day waiting for the delivery that would come in late in the afternoon. Also, the box (my purchase) looked like some heavy objects were placed on top of it (wrinkled and scraped corners), making me sceptical as to if my purchase is first hand or second hand. But overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from DS Music again in the future.

Hi Jan, Thank you for your review and feedback. The delivery service used was our 'saver' free delivery which is a 2-3 delivery service through normal Royal Mail post. We do offer a guaranteed next day service which is fully traceable and usually delivered before 1pm. The product on your order is brand new as with all Pro Tools product we sell. Very helpful and apeared genuinely concerned to learn that I was experiencing problems with some software I had purchased for my daughter. Offered further assistance if I was unable to resolve the situation by liaising with the softward provider - which thankfully I did!

Very helpful, informative on goods, pleasant staff. The order took longer than expected and on collection was told there was a stock problem, I would have appreciated a call to explain the delay. I would be more than happy to shop with them again.

Pity we cant mention the retailer's name as they are good. I would say that for me, so far, there is no outstanding difference between Sib 7 and Sib 7.5. Nevertheless the build quality remains proudly high and I did probably get value for money. I hope that next big update beyond Sib 7.5.1 will be either free or low cost, having invested quite a lot over the years. For notation tasks and ease of playback and editing, I would be surprised if any other software could hold a candle. Sibelius is top notch. I would love Sibelius Sounds to be significantly improved to save having to tweak them by adding effects in the DAW. Yet, Sib 7 Sounds are numerous and are of acceptable quality when working within the program itself. In my case, I'm not composing and producing music to market for profit but aiming for excellence in the hope some day a conductor will see fit to have some of my work performed live. Until then, the electronic, digital end product needs a quality that will inspire the listener and spur the composer on to greater accomplishments.

I communicated with DS Music through web chat, telephone and email and they were very helpful in all instances, especially when the website ordering process for Sibelius 7.5 didn't work properly first time round. I did receive an automated email acknowledgement with a much later delivery date than quoted online which gave me a bit of a shock but I emailed the store who reassured me that the order would come in time and in fact it arrived earlier than I expected which was a very nice surprise.

Initial enquiries about the product were dealt with very well, demonstrating good product knowledge and advice, although spoken too quickly, with an assumption that I was understanding everything as it was being explained. I was buying this item for someone else as a Christmas present and knew nothing of the technology behind it. However, I was confident enough in their service to go ahead with the purchase. Unfortunately, the key email with the verification code to enable the product to be activated was not sent to me (later they said it had been), so maybe I just didn't receive it. So the Christmas present couldn't get activated until Jan 2nd., when the only person who knew what to do came back from the Christmas/New Year break and sent the missing email. This proved very frustrating. However, all's well that end's well. The product's fine, up and running and I know if I do have any further issues, they will be happy to help from their end.
