“I needed a music folder urgently for a concert and DS music ordered it for me and arranged for it to be posted to my home. It arrived promptly on the day promised. The envelope used was not large enough so the packaging was stuck to the contents, making it very difficult to open. It was fortunate that the item was wrapped in polythene otherwise it might have been damaged by the strong adhesive of the tear-off strip.”

“Easy ordering. I was a little surprised (disappointed) to see my delivery left on the doorstep though: a) it was raining, and b) it was not secure. Luckily nobody pinched it and the drenched packaging didn't affect the contents. However, not impressed that it was left outside.”

“Bought a fendet acoustic guitar bag and strap Loved the fender guitar although the strap that I bought extra through the shop is very short and as it's been taken out of the pack I can't return it so a little disappointed but the guitar sounds amazing”
