As I am still waiting for my registration number for Sibelius 7.5 and the Photoscore download has not yet arrived,though promised over a week ago,I am unable to review the package.The payment for these items has already been taken from my bank account--where is the rest of my order?As I will not be around for a week or two,I am concerned that the 30 day trial period will come to an end before I can register the products.

Dear Jean, We have been chasing Avid for your digital download codes but for this particular version they are special ordered as Avid do not keep them in stock - Avid have told us it usually takes 7 days for the digital download codes to be generated but it is taking longer - we are chasing them every few days so hopefully your order will be sorted very soon. All of the other Sibelius digital downloads codes are kept in stock so are issued the same day, its just the particular version wit PhotoScore and AudioScore which has this delay. Helpful advice and staff ordered the case straight away when they saw that it wasn't in stock. However, they didn't let me know when it had arrived, as they promised it would, and it took longer than they estimated. Overall, though, good service.

Hi Simon, Thank you for your review - Hiscox delivered your case to us later than the usual next day delivery and then your partner collected the case just after it had arrived and thus you did not get a phone call. To be fair to Hiscox they always deliver to us next day, but I did raise this late delivery with them. Anyway sorry it arrived a day or so later than expected and hope you really like the case. Always friendly and helpful, for a small shop it packs a big punch and I have never been let down there. When I took my guitar in for a set up they treated it with great respect - more than I do to be honest. An asset to Monmouth High Street

The web site could have been clearer as to locating the relevant authorisation numbers. Otherwise the service was excellent.

My order took longer to arrive than I was told to expect, but that was because of a delay in DS Music receiving their delivery. Good overall advice and help on the telephone. I would be happy to shop with them again.
